How Techinked collects, uses and protects personal data.

2. Data collected
The contact form may collect your name, email address, company, preferred language, project type, estimated budget, desired timeline and message.
Technical data required for security and delivery may also be processed, including IP address, request date and time, browser information and server logs. Please do not submit sensitive personal data in free-text fields.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to inquiries, assessing a project and preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Managing professional relationships: performance of a contract or Techinked’s legitimate interest in managing business relationships.
- Preventing spam, fraud and attacks: Techinked’s legitimate interest in protecting its services.
- Meeting accounting, tax or judicial requirements: compliance with legal obligations.
Contact data is not used for newsletters or unrelated marketing without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, prior consent.
4. Required fields
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your request. Without them, Techinked may be unable to respond. Other fields are optional.
5. Recipients
Data is accessible only to authorized Techinked personnel and service providers needed to operate the website and process messages. Current technical recipients include the selected hosting provider and Resend for transactional email delivery. Techinked does not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, Techinked will rely on a valid transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, with additional safeguards where necessary.
7. Retention periods
- Unsuccessful inquiries and prospect data: up to three years after the last meaningful contact, unless you object earlier.
- Client and project data: for the contractual relationship, then archived for applicable statutory limitation and accounting periods.
- Security logs: for the period needed to protect the service, generally no longer than twelve months unless an incident or legal duty requires longer retention.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Send requests to contact@techinked.com. Reasonable identity evidence may be requested where necessary. You may also complain to the CNIL at cnil.fr or to your local supervisory authority.
9. Cookies and trackers
At the date of this policy, the website does not intentionally use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking or non-essential analytics cookies. Strictly necessary technical mechanisms may be used for security, language handling or service delivery where permitted by law.
If non-essential trackers are introduced, this policy and the consent mechanism must be updated before activation.
10. Security
Techinked applies reasonable safeguards appropriate to the risks, including access controls, input validation, antispam measures, rate limiting and secure transmission. No system can provide absolute security.
